So in an effort to eat and be healthy I decided to take the 10 day green smoothie cleanse (review soon to come ). Today is my last day and I wanted to keep the momentum going by preparing a healthy meal for my family.


Lemon sea salt chicken & Asparagus 
7 chicken breasts
1 Lemon 
2 tsps of sea salt
2 tsps salt free zesty table blend 
4 tablespoons of olive oil

Pre-heat oven to 375. Coat chicken in olive oil and place in baking pan. Sprinkle chicken with sea salt and zesty table blend. Slice lemon in half and squeeze first half lemon juice over chicken, take other half and slice up placing on chicken breasts. Place in oven and bake for 30-45 minutes.

Asparagus:
Rinse stalks and cut off bottoms (usually the tough part)
Drizzle a little olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 25 minutes or until tender.
